1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
By using this website, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to cancel any order containing incorrect or suspicious information.

يجب أن يكون عمر العميل 18 عامًا أو أكثر.
يقر العميل بأن جميع البيانات المدخلة صحيحة وكاملة.
يحق للمتجر إلغاء أي طلب يحتوي على معلومات غير دقيقة أو مشبوهة.

2. Accepted Payment Methods
Inside Jordan:
• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Prepayment via CliQ Wallet – Jordan
Outside Jordan:
• Prepayment via Western Union
International orders will not be shipped until full payment is confirmed.
2. وسائل الدفع المعتمدة
داخل الأردن:
• الدفع عند الاستلام
• التحويل المسبق عبر كليك – الأردن
خارج الأردن:
• التحويل المسبق عبر ويسترن يونيون
لا يتم شحن أي طلب دولي قبل تأكيد استلام المبلغ كاملًا.

3. Cash on Delivery Policy (Jordan Only)
Customers must pay the full order amount upon delivery.
We reserve the right to confirm orders by phone before shipping.
Unjustified refusal to accept delivery will result in charging full shipping fees (both ways).
Repeat refusals may result in suspension of COD service.
3. سياسة الدفع عند الاستلام (داخل الأردن)
يلتزم العميل بدفع قيمة الطلب كاملة عند الاستلام.
يحق للمتجر تأكيد الطلب هاتفيًا قبل الشحن.
في حال رفض الاستلام دون سبب مشروع، يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن ذهابًا وإيابًا.
يحق للمتجر إلغاء خدمة الدفع عند الاستلام للعميل في حال تكرار الرفض.

4. Bank Transfer Policy (CliQ / Western Union)
Proof of transfer must be sent within 24 hours.
Orders will be automatically canceled if payment is not received within 48 hours.
Transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping will only proceed after full payment confirmation.

يجب إرسال إثبات التحويل خلال 24 ساعة.
يتم إلغاء الطلب تلقائيًا إذا لم يتم التحويل خلال 48 ساعة.
رسوم التحويل يتحملها العميل.
يتم الشحن فقط بعد التأكد من استلام المبلغ كاملًا.

Order Processing
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after confirmation or payment receipt.

يتم تجهيز الطلب خلال 1–3 أيام عمل بعد التأكيد أو استلام التحويل.

Shipping Inside Jordan
Shipping is handled by approved carriers such as Aramex or SMSA.
Shipping Rates (Based on Weight):
• First 0.5 kg: 13 JOD
• Each additional 0.5 kg: 8 JOD
The total shipment weight (product + packaging) is calculated and rounded up to the nearest 0.5 kg.
الشحن داخل الأردن
يتم الشحن عبر شركات معتمدة مثل أرامكس أو سمسا.
تسعيرة الشحن (حسب الوزن):
• أول نصف كيلو: 13 دينار أردني
• كل نصف كيلو إضافي: 8 دنانير أردنية
يتم احتساب الوزن الإجمالي للشحنة وتقريبه لأقرب نصف كيلو أعلى.

International Shipping
Orders are shipped only after full payment confirmation.
Delivery time depends on destination country.
Customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes.
We are not responsible for customs delays.

يتم الشحن بعد استلام التحويل كاملًا.
مدة الشحن تختلف حسب الدولة.
يتحمل العميل الرسوم الجمركية أو الضرائب.
لا يتحمل المتجر مسؤولية تأخير الجمارك.

Fake Orders & Misuse Policy
سياسة الطلبات الوهمية وإساءة الاستخدام
Providing false information, unreachable phone numbers, or refusing delivery without valid reason is considered misuse.
Inside Jordan:
Customers agree to pay full two-way shipping fees in case of unjustified refusal.
Outside Jordan:
If an order is canceled after shipment, the customer bears:
• Full international shipping (both ways)
• Any customs or administrative fees
• Any transfer-related charges
We reserve the right to suspend accounts and take legal action if necessary.
داخل الأردن:
في حال رفض الاستلام دون سبب مشروع، يتحمل العميل كامل رسوم الشحن ذهابًا وإيابًا.
خارج الأردن:
في حال إلغاء الطلب بعد الشحن، يتحمل العميل:
• كامل تكاليف الشحن الدولي ذهابًا وإيابًا
• الرسوم الجمركية أو الإدارية
• رسوم التحويل إن وجدت
يحتفظ المتجر بحقه في منع الطلبات المستقبلية واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة.

Return & Exchange Policy
سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال
Due to the nature of personal care products:
• Opened or used products cannot be returned.
• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days if the product is unopened and in original condition.
• Damages must be reported within 48 hours with clear photos.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
نظرًا لطبيعة المنتجات:
• لا يُقبل استرجاع المنتجات المفتوحة أو المستخدمة.
• يمكن طلب استبدال خلال 7 أيام إذا كان المنتج مغلقًا وبحالته الأصلية.
• يجب الإبلاغ عن أي ضرر خلال 48 ساعة مع صور واضحة.
• رسوم الشحن غير مستردة إلا في حال وجود خطأ من طرفنا.
